Grill pans made of cast iron or iron for gastronomy

Crunchy and low-fat in their own juice roasts meat in each of these high-quality grill pans. The grooves in the pan not only give the grilled food the typical stripes, but also collect excess fat in the gaps, which can then simply be poured off through the side spout. The pans are intended for grilling on the stove and some are suitable for induction. The materials used are characterized by their robustness, non-stick effect and excellent heat distribution and storage. Cast iron cannot be topped in this regard. Those who prefer to work with lighter weights will find an excellent alternative in cast aluminum.
