Whether you offer layered grilled meat that rotates vertically on a skewer as a Turkish, Greek or Arabic specialty, in any case the meat must be cut off in thin strips from the block of meat and you need a long, sharp knife of good quality. It is even easier with an electric circular knife device. On this page we present you an ergonomic, hygienic model in two different capacities (daily capacity 90 kg or 200 kg). The cutting thickness can be infinitely adjusted from 0 - 10 mm.
