Bun knife for bakers

A sharp serrated blade is needed to slice or cut bread rolls cleanly. This can be achieved with the bread knives that we have listed on this page as well as with the Twin Cut bread cutter. The latter is recommended if you regularly have to cut a large quantity of rolls. You can choose whether the rolls are to be cut in half or sliced. Cut thickness and blade height are adjustable. Compared to manual slicing, there is also less risk of injury, especially when things have to be done quickly.
