Bakery fridge, also for the pastry shop

The characteristic feature of bakery refrigerators is the large capacity of baking trays according to baker's standards, i.e. 600 x 400 or 400 x 300 mm. This means that large quantities of dough or baked goods can be stored temporarily, which enormously increases the efficiency of the work processes. The baking standard allows the baked products to be taken directly with the baking tray into the refrigerator, saving time. Baking trays are usually not included in the delivery.
