Table trolleys for bakery and confectionery offer slots under the worktop for several baking trays, which can be placed individually on the upper shelf for processing, e.g. for glazing the baked goods. The models on this site differ mainly in their dimensions, the type of upper shelf (cover plate or table top), the tray insert (crosswise or lengthwise) and the shape of the supports. Many of the table trolleys are low enough to fit under the worktable.
