Ramekin / Souffle mould

Small, round baking pans made of refractory porcelain for the preparation of soufflés can be found here in various designs. A soufflé is a light egg dish, sweet or savory, which is "puffed up" (souffler = to blow) during cooking in the oven to a loose, airy consistency that makes up the dish. After baking, the dish should be served quickly, as it collapses again quite quickly. For this purpose, it remains in the ramekin in which it was baked.
