Meat tenderizers or hammers are indispensable in traditional cuisine when it comes to making meat tender and tender before cooking. This is done by loosening the connective tissue of the meat slice through blows. Depending on the nature of the meat, you either choose the smooth plate so that the structure of tender meat is not destroyed or the serrated plate for stronger, tougher pieces.
