Combi steamers for catering & commercial kitchens

A combi steamer combines the functions of two devices, namely that of a convection oven , in which the cooking process is carried out by means of recirculation, and that of a steamer, in which, for example, vegetables and potatoes are cooked quickly in steam or superheated steam, while preserving nutrients and taste. Different dishes can be cooked in different containers in parallel, without any taste transfer. The devices are equipped with GN containers and GN trays .
