Made entirely of stainless steel, with two racks (354 x 383 mm) featuring cool-touch handles, a heat shield, and a lid that doubles as a drip tray. Easy to use and clean, suitable for intensive use and high performance. Equipped with a large welded oil tank (400 x 400 x (H) 160 mm) with a maximum capacity of 12 liters. The tank has a drain tap, minimum/maximum oil level markings, and a "cold zone" to extend oil usage time. Removable control and heating element with a safety feature that shuts off the entire unit when removed. The temperature can be set from 50° to 190°C. A heating indicator light shows whether the heating element is in operation. Features non-slip rubber feet.
