Cream cooker for bakeries and pastry shops

Process creams, sauces, and mixtures efficiently: our cream cookers guarantee optimal results. Choose from tabletop appliances such as the KK 10 cream cooker with 230 volts and a 10-liter boiler capacity, or floor-standing appliances such as the CK 30 cream cooker with a capacity of up to 19 liters, also available with a drain tap. For special applications, we offer dissolvers with a 30-liter boiler and thermal oil jacket heating. The devices have agitators with safety switches, electronic temperature controllers, and are made entirely of stainless steel. Models with 400 volts and boiler capacities from 30 to 90 liters are also available.
